But this I tell you, it was worth the hard work. Once I gained the motivation to build my body in the gym, I immediately saw the changes that I wanted. This motivation of mine allowed me to stay in the gym and workout even in days I didn’t want to lift weights. I can remember coming home from work and all I wanted to do was relax after a long exhausting day on the job. Perhaps you get my point.
